Happy Thanksgiving!

This afternoon I was contemplating going to No Frills for some food but I thought it would probably be full of idiots doing last minute thanksgiving shopping and ambling about like complete idiots.

In the evening, Sam and I headed out to Islington where her parents picked us up. They were on the opposite side of the road to us so we all stood around for 10mins wondering where the other was.
We managed to successfully navigate to Sam’s Auntie’s house and her uncle and grandma were also there.
We had a lovely meal, my first ever thanksgiving. I could eat food like that every night, it was amazing. We then pratted about with Blackberry Playbook trying to figure out how the damn thing works. It’s not very intuitive.
We then went back to Kipling, via the airport. We took a wrong turn and the GPS on my phone sucks so it took about 15 mins and a reboot to find the station.

Bed time, although they seem to be cutting wood win a circular saw downstairs so I don’t know how well that will go.

P.S. I don’t know if I mentioned it, but last night I found out what poutine is. It’s just cheesy chips! Why the fancy name?
