Romanian Cuisine

We got up relatively early and watched all of This is England ’88.
Just as miserable, but still thoroughly enjoyable.
Brigi made me a Romanian breakfast of eggs, peppers, tomatoes and cucumber. I think that was it, I’m struggling to remember now.
It was delicious.
We then caught a bit of dragons den before heading off to help her mother with the new restaurant she has opened.
It’s still early days and the place was relatively empty for most of the day. We helped her mum put some pictures on the wall.
We drank tea and I tried to fix the till, whilst Brigi tried to fix the Visa machine. She was more successful than me.
A couple of friends turned up and abandoned us before I ate some rather nice cabbage rolls. AUthentic Romanian style.
They were delicious too!! This was followed by fries, some sort of Romanian chocolate dessert and then a pork chop.
It was all very good. She just needs some more people in there now.
